Directorate -Retirement of Diane Wilde

The Company confirms that, following the conclusion of today's Annual General Meeting and as indicated in the Annual Report and financial statements for the year ended 31 December 2023, Diane Wilde, has retired as a Director of the Company.  The Directors would like to reiterate their thanks to Diane for her contribution to the Company.
