First distribution in Liquidation

As previously announced, Derek Hyslop and Richard Barker of Ernst & Young LLP were appointed as joint liquidators of the Company (the "Liquidators") at a general meeting of the Company held on 30 March 2026.

The Liquidators are pleased to confirm that the sale of the Company's remaining limited partnership interest in Andean Social Infrastructure Fund I LP has now completed. Accordingly, the Liquidators confirm that an initial distribution during the Liquidation of 14.5 pence per share is expected to be paid on 5 May 2026 to Shareholders (who are not Sanctions Restricted Persons) whose names appeared on the Company's register of members 6.00 p.m. on 27 March 2026.

Capitalised terms used in this announcement shall, unless the context requires otherwise, have the meanings ascribed to them in the circular published by the Company on 11 March 2026.

Derek Hyslop and Richard Barker are licensed in the United Kingdom to act as Insolvency Practitioners by the Insolvency Practitioners Association. As Insolvency Practitioners, they are bound by the Insolvency Code of Ethics in carrying out all professional work relating to the appointment.
