Total Voting Rights

The Company announces that it has issued 87,000 new ordinary shares of 38 6/13 pence each in the Company, pursuant to an exercise of options by employees under its US Employee Stock Purchase Plan.

The 87,000 new ordinary shares have been admitted to trading on the London Stock Exchange pursuant to the Company's block listing application of 500,000 ordinary shares announced on 29 June 2023.

As at 31 July 2023 and as a result of this issue, the total number of ordinary shares in issue is 28,172,530. The Company holds no ordinary shares in treasury. Therefore, the total number of voting rights in the Company is 28,172,530.

The above figure of 28,172,530 may be used by Shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the Company under the FCA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
