Committee changes

4imprint, the leading direct marketer of promotional products, announces the following appointments to its Board Committees.

Lindsay Beardsell and Jaz Rabadia, both Independent Non-Executive Directors of 4imprint since 1 September 2021, have been appointed as additional members to each of the 4imprint Audit Committee, Nomination Committee and Remuneration Committee, in each case with effect from 12 December 2023.
