Mr. Fernback has over 25 years of experience in the venture capital and investment banking industries. He is the former Regional Director of the CFO Centre Limited, responsible for all operations in Western Canada. Mr. Fernback holds an Honours B.Sc. from McMaster University and holds an MBA with a concentration in Finance from the University of British Columbia. Mr. Fernback holds a Certified Professional Accounting (CPA) designation in Canada and is a current and former director and senior executive of several publicly traded companies in both Canada and the USA.  He is the current President & CEO of Temas Resources Corp. and Grid Battery Metals Inc., two emerging critical metals explorers in North America.
