Mr. Williams attended the University of Western Ontario for his B.A. in political science and then the University of Ottawa to obtain his L.L.B. degree. He is the President of Blackwell Investor Relations Corp. and he is a senior level executive with broad in-depth experience in international and corporate and commercial affairs and securities law. He has experience being a director and officer of several public companies as well as serving as a member of audit and compensation committees.
