Mike Muggridge is an accomplished geologist with 35 years of experience in mineral exploration and mining. Holding a BSc (Hons) in Earth Sciences from Memorial University of Newfoundland, Mike specializes in economic geology, geological mapping, geochemical analysis, GIS data compilation and management, project generation, 3D geological modelling software, resource assessment, and technical report-writing. In addition to 15 years of mineral exploration in Ni-Cu-Co, PGE’s, base metals, iron ore, gold and a variety of critical minerals, Mike has 20 years open-pit mining experience in various technical, operational and management roles. The diversity of these experiences has developed strong skillsets and honed his team-player approach which is so critical to successful exploration. Since 2017, Mike has been providing geological services to his clients in the mineral exploration industry, as owner/operator of MGM Geological Consulting Inc. Known for his collaborative leadership and passion for environmentally responsible exploration, he enjoys generating viable exploration targets and providing strategic recommendations on projects.
