Enhanced Event Waiting Room Experience with Time-Based Access

We've redesigned the event waiting room experience to provide better preparation time for both presenters and attendees. The waiting room now opens automatically at different times based on user roles:

• Speakers and presenters: 60 minutes before scheduled start time

• Attendees: 30 minutes before scheduled start time

The updated waiting room includes:

• A clear countdown timer showing when the webinar will automatically open

• Improved visibility of event details and host information

• Cleaner layout with host organization branding

• "Enter Waiting Room" button for seamless access

This enhancement gives presenters ample time to test their setup and prepare for their presentations, while also allowing attendees to arrive early and settle in before the event begins, resulting in smoother event starts and fewer technical delays.
