Organizations can now connect their custom email domains to the 6ix platform through a new seamless three-step process. This integration enables companies to maintain brand consistency in all investor communications while improving email deliverability.

The new workflow includes:

• A guided domain configuration interface

• Automatically generated DNS records for easy verification

• Auto-verification process that checks configuration within 24 hours

• SPF and DKIM record support for enhanced email security

This feature is particularly valuable for companies transitioning from other platforms, as it preserves their domain reputation and minimizes deliverability issues when sending investor communications.

From the Organization settings page, admins can view connected email domains, check DNS configurations, and disconnect or reconnect domains as needed, providing complete control over their email infrastructure.
