Vesting requirements
The employees shall be granted options which will be vested
on the expiry ranging from 1 year to 3 years from the grant
date.

Remuneration Committee ('NRC') in accordance with the
Scheme, at the time of grant of Options and will be detailed in
the letter of grant. In any event, the Exercise Price will not be
