Turkish home appliance firm Arzum's majority shareholders seek to divest

Turkey's small household appliances manufacturer Arzum said late on Thursday that its shareholders, representing more than 51% of company's capital, decided to hold talks with potential buyers to sell their shares.Shares in the company rose by nearly 10% to an exchange limit, at 3.25 lira on the Istanbul bourse on Friday.In a stock exchange filing, Arzum said its individual shareholders could partially or completely divest their stakes.
