The Company wishes to inform that it has: 1. Acquired one hundred percent (100%) of the shares in A.M.W. Insurance Brokers (Private) Limited at a consideration of Sri Lanka Rupees Fifteen Million (LKR 15,000,000) on 31th August 2022; 2. The Central Bank of Sri Lanka has granted approval for the aforesaid transaction by their letter dated 20th July 2022.
