Standard & Poor's Announces Changes in the S&P/TSX Venture Composite Index

TORONTO, July 11 /CNW/ - Standard & Poor's will make the following changes in the S&P/TSX Venture Composite Index after the close of trading on Friday, July 11, 2008:

-  The shares of Seabridge Gold Inc. (TSXVN:SEA) will be removed from the
   index. The company will graduate to trade on TSX under the same ticker
   symbol.
-  The shares of Anglo Potash Ltd. (TSXVN:AGP) will be removed from the
   index. The shares of the company will be delisted from the TSX Venture
   Exchange following the acquisition of its shares by BHP Billiton
   Diamonds Inc.
-  The shares of Pacific Asia China Energy Inc. (TSXVN:PCE) will be
   removed from the index. The shares of the company will be delisted
   from the TSX Venture Exchange following the acquisition of its shares
   by Green Dragon Gas.
