Standard & Poor's Announces Changes in the S&P/TSX Venture Composite Index

TORONTO, Aug. 29 /CNW/ - Standard & Poor's will make the following changes in the S&P/TSX Venture Composite Index after the close of trading on Wednesday, August 29, 2007:

-  As part of an amalgamation with Aurogin Resources Ltd. (TSXVN:AUQ),
   the shares of S&P/TSX Venture Composite Index constituent Morgain
   Minerals Inc. (TSXVN:MGM) will trade as Castle Gold Corporation
   (TSXVN:CSG). Holders of Morgain Minerals common shares will receive
   one share of Castle Gold for every two shares of Morgain held.
-  The shares of Coral Gold Resources Ltd. (TSXVN:CGR) will split on a
   3-1 basis effective at the open today, Wednesday, August 29, 2007. The
   company will trade under the new ticker symbol "CLH."
