Sovereign wealth fund Danantara Indonesia to give $405 million loan to airline Garuda

Danantara Asset Management, a unit of sovereign wealth fund Danantara Indonesia, will provide a shareholder loan worth $405 million to airline Garuda Indonesia IDX:GIAA for maintenance, repair and overhaul of its fleet, the fund said on Tuesday.The loan to the Indonesian flag-carrier is part of a total $1 billion financing support for Garuda, Danantara said in a statement, without providing details.
