Shenzhen Zhaowei Machinery & Electronics SZSE:003021 is seeking to raise up to HK$1.97 billion ($251.83 million) through a Hong Kong listing, according to an exchange filing on Friday.
The firm is offering 26.7 million shares at a maximum price of HK$73.68 apiece.
