Russia's Finance Ministry said on Thursday it plans to issue 10-year yuan-denominated OFZ bonds at 10,000 yuan ($1,470.05) per bond, with a technical issue scheduled for June 3 on the Moscow Exchange RUS:MOEX.The ministry said that the issue size and coupon rates will be determined following a book building process on May 28.($1 = 6.8025 Chinese yuan renminbi)
