A Russian court has ruled that Konstantin Strukov, the former majority owner of gold producer Uzhuralzoloto (UGC) UGLD.MM, must pay damages to the tune of 3.9 billion roubles, the Interfax news agency reported on Wednesday. It said the case against Strukov had been brought by the office of the General Prosecutor.
