Auction Technology Group plc held its Annual General Meeting where resolutions 1-14 and 18-19 were passed, but resolutions 15-17 failed to pass. Notably, resolutions concerning the disapplication of pre-emption rights (resolutions 15 and 16) and market purchases of own shares (resolution 17) did not achieve the required 75% majority. The company acknowledges shareholder concerns regarding these failed resolutions and will engage further, reporting back within six months. Following the passing of resolution 19, the company plans to apply to the High Court for approval to cancel its share premium account, with the capital reduction expected to become effective in late March 2026.
