- Mr. A.R. Fernando (Chairman / Non-Executive Director) will be retiring from the Board of Directors of Central Finance Company PLC with effect from 15th August 2026, upon completing a service period of nine (09) years as a non-executive director in compliance with section 3.3 of Direction No. 05 of 2021 on Corporate Governance for Non-Bank Financial Institutions issued by the Central Bank of Sri Lanka.
