Panama's Official Gazette on Monday published a court ruling formally annulling Hong Kong's CK Hutchison Holdings HKEX:1 concessions for two ports along its strategic canal, after ruling late January the contracts violated the constitution.
CK Hutchison later warned of legal action after A.P. Moller–Maersk OMXCOP:MAERSK_A signaled it was willing to temporarily take over management of the ports.
