Overseas Realty (Ceylon) Plc hereby announce that Mr. Hussein Zubire Cassim the Deputy Chairman/Director of the Company has ceased to be a Director with effective from 20th September 2020 upon his demise and he didn’t hold any shares in the Company. The delay to make the disclosure is due to internal formalities of the Company.
