Mexico's Grupo Bimbo BMV:BIMBO/A, one of the world's largest bread makers, has appointed Alejandro Rodriguez as chief executive officer, the company said in a filing on Thursday.Rafael Pamias stepped down from the position to address personal and health matters, Bimbo added. He had been named CEO in April 2024.Rodriguez joined Grupo Bimbo in 2021, and had been working as the head of Bimbo's Barcel division, the snack maker behind Takis.
