Financial Results of Operating Subsidiaries

Dotlines International (previously called Dotlines Global Limited) and Audra are the operating entities of the Company following the acquisition of the entire issued share capital of Dotlines (Guernsey) Ltd, which is the parent of Dotlines International, and Audra by the Company on 11 May 2026. Accordingly, these results are for a period prior to the acquisition of Dotlines International and Audra by the Company and do not represent consolidated accounts of the Company, Dotlines International and Audra. The Company will publish consolidated interim results for the Dotlines group for the six‑month period ending 30 June 2026 by 30 September 2026.
