E. Sun Financial to acquire Mercuries Life

E. Sun Financial TWSE:2884, Taiwan's eighth-largest financial holding firm by assets, said on Wednesday it will acquire life insurance company Mercuries Life TWSE:2467 in an all-share deal.Under the deal, Mercuries Life shareholders will receive 0.2486 shares of E. Sun for every Mercuries Life share they own, E.Sun told a news conference.
