BRK Ambiental weighs Brazil public offering

Brazilian utility company BRK Ambiental is evaluating an initial public offering (IPO) in the country, according to a securities filing on Friday. BRK Ambiental said it has hired lenders BTG Pactual BMFBOVESPA:BPAC3, Itau BBA BMFBOVESPA:ITUB3 and Santander Brasil BMFBOVESPA:SANB3 as financial advisers for a potential public offering of common shares. BRK Ambiental filed for an IPO in mid-2022 but later backtracked on the decision.
