Brazil's Simpar says regulatory approvals clear capital increases at group companies

Brazilian holding company Simpar BMFBOVESPA:SIMH3 said on Monday that all conditions precedent for capital increases involving itself and subsidiaries Movida BMFBOVESPA:MOVI3 and Vamos BMFBOVESPA:VAMO3 have been met, after approvals by Brazil's central bank and antitrust regulator.Simpar said the central bank approved investments by state‑owned development bank arm BNDES Participacoes (BNDESPar) on Friday, while a final and unappealable ruling confirmed approval by antitrust regulator Cade.
