Brazilian homebuilder Moura Dubeux BMFBOVESPA:MDNE3 raised 500 million reais ($94.6 million) in a share offering priced at 25 reais each, local news outlet Brazil Journal reported on Thursday, without saying how it got the information.
The price would represent a discount of about 1.6% from the company's closing share level on Thursday, it added.
