Brazilian homebuilder Cury BMFBOVESPA:CURY3 has raised around 574 million reais ($106 million) in a follow-on share offering, it said in a securities filing early on Friday.The offering was priced at 35.50 reais per share, the company said, in line with its Thursday closing price.Cury announced the offering earlier this month, saying that proceeds would be used for dividend payments.Itau BBA, BTG Pactual, Bank of America and Caixa Economica Federal acted as bookrunners.($1 = 5.4053 reais)
