Brazil raw steel output falls 1.4 % in January, AÇO BRASIL says

SAO PAULO, 24 Feb (Reuters) – Raw steel output in Brazil fell 1.4 % to 2.732 million tonnes in January in an annual basis, Aco Brasil, the group that represents mills, said on Tuesday. Sales in the local market fell 6.3 % to 1.555 million tonnes in the January from the same period a year earlier,the institute, known as Aço Brasil, said in a report.
