FY 2024 FY 2025

Full Year 2025

  • Reported sales grew 6% to $1.74B, core sales up 3% as strong volume and higher royalties offset lower tooling sales and pricing adjustments.

  • Prescription drug delivery core sales up 5%, driven by higher demand for emergency medicine and CNS solutions, plus increased royalty revenue, even with the destocking of Naloxone delivery systems in the fourth quarter.

  • Consumer healthcare core sales down 8%, however the segment returned to growth after a period of inventory management in the cold and cough space. Growth in eye care solutions remained strong.

  • Injectables core sales up 11% on strong GLP-1 component demand; active material science core sales up 3% as higher

film/diabetes solution demand outweighed last year's large tooling sale.
