Chief Executive Officer at Resouro Strategic Metals
Mr Eager has more than 30 years’ experience in the mining industry as an engineer, entrepreneur, and in project finance roles in Australia and South America. Following the completion of his MBA from the Institut Supérieur de Gestion (ISG) in Paris, Mr Eager worked in mining project finance for NM Rothschild (Australia). He went on to become a co-founder and the CEO of Monterrico Metals PLC, which unlocked the value of the Peruvian Rio Blanco copper project and went on to be acquired in 2007 at a valuation of approximately USD 200 million. Mr Eager moved to Brazil in 2016 to develop Resouro Strategic Metals.

Mr Stilwell has over 30 years of experience in capital markets, corporate governance, strategy execution, and mergers and acquisitions. He has advised numerous growth companies across a range of sectors and held senior board roles on multiple AIM-listed businesses. He was co-founder and CEO of Liberum, a London-based investment bank, and a long-standing Non-Executive Director of Gresham House Plc, an alternative asset manager where he also chaired the remuneration committee. He served on various audit, risk, investment, and sustainability committees. Mr Stilwell holds a BSc in Geology from Durham University and previously served in the British Army.
