Ms. Cassandra Siemens is a Certified Professional Accountant with a Bachelor of Commerce in International Business and a Masters of Science in Finance and Economic Policy. She has spent her career with Manitoba Hydro International (MHI), holding a variety of roles in finance and accounting, project management, and business development. She currently holds the position of Senior Energy Advisor and Project Manager with the USAID Power Africa Nigeria Power Sector Program (PA-NPSP). In this role, she leads a team of technical experts, and is responsible for working with the distribution companies of Nigeria to improve sector liquidity and overall technical and commercial performance. Prior to this project, as the Director of Business Development and Marketing, Cassandra managed key client relationships and business development on a global scale for MHI, with a particular focus on Africa.

Simon Olowo is the Chief Executive Officer & Technical Director for Exceltric Technologies Limited. He runs a technology company that provides renewable energy solutions. Simon has provided expert services as a consultant on renewable energy to various organisations & has wide experience in research and market studies, energy access, renewable energy and energy efficiency, energy audit, system design, installation, maintenance & repairs. In the past 5 years, he has been involved in creating access to clean energy for off-grid communities and underserved households in Nigeria. Simon is a graduate of Electrical Electronic Engineering, He is well trained in solar PV technology with a certification from National Power Training Institute of Nigeria (NAPTIN). He has extensive working experience in solar PV system & very conversant with solar home System & PV-diesel hybrid system installation, troubleshooting, maintenance & system designs, electrical single line diagram, electrical design & drafting (wiring).
