Rhylin Bailie

Rhylin Bailie has been the VP Investor Relations of Equinox Gold since October 2016, bringing 27 years of mining industry experience and more than 16 years of investor relations experience to her role. From 2011 to October 2016, Rhylin managed all aspects of investor relations and communications for a number of resource companies. Previously Rhylin was Director of Investor Relations for NovaGold Resources from 2006 to 2011 where she managed both the investor relations program and sustainability reporting. Prior to that she held various positions in the Treasury group at Placer Dome from 1995 to 2006. Rhylin is a graduate of the University of Waterloo with a Bachelor of Environmental Studies degree and was a director on the national board of the Canadian Investor Relations Institute from 2014-2022. In 2023 Rhylin was awarded the CIRI Fellowship designation, which recognizes investor relations leaders who bring distinction to the profession and serve as a role model for others.

Ian Harris

Ian Harris, a mining engineer with over 25 years of global mining experience, including 15 years in South America and Colombia, has successfully advanced a wide range of projects, demonstrating his leadership in diverse and challenging environments. Previously, he served as Chief Executive Officer of AMAK Mining and Para Resources. Mr. Harris was also Senior Vice President and Country Manager of Corriente Resources through feasibility, initial engineering, and commencement of construction at the Mirador mine in Ecuador. He successfully led the push to reactivate Corriente's mining projects in Ecuador by building national and local support and navigating through a new constitution and a new mining law, leading to the sale of Corriente for $690 million. Mr. Harris is bilingual in Spanish and English.

Taj Singh

Mr. Singh is a mining executive with over 22 years of experience in corporate development, capital markets, finance, project development, engineering, and operations. Most recently he was founding President and CEO of NOA Lithium Brines Inc. (“NOA”) and during his time the company successfully went public, carried out multiple funding rounds, and had significant exploration success at its flagship Rio Grande project in Salta, Argentina. Prior to his time at NOA, Singh was founding President and CEO at Mexico-focused developer Discovery Silver Corp (“Discovery”). During his 5-year tenure with the Discovery, Singh led the growth of the company to a market capitalization of over C$500M, representing +30X growth during his time there. From the 2016 go-public to 2020 Mr. Singh also served as Director / Lead Independent Director of the Board of GT Gold Corp. which was subsequently acquired by Newmont Corporation (C$393M). Garett Macdonald

Garett is a professional mining engineer with extensive experience in project development and mine operations with over 25 years of industry experience. Garett served as Vice President of Project Development for JDS Energy and Mining, and was responsible for leading the Curraghinalt Feasibility Study for Dalradian Resources, a +5M ounce high grade, narrow vein gold project in Northern Ireland, United Kingdom. Dalradian was acquired by Orion Mine Finance for $537M in 2018. From 2009 to 2013 he served as Vice President of Operations for Rainy River Resources prior to the $310M sale of Rainy River to New Gold Inc. Garett also held roles in mine operations and project engineering throughout his career with senior Canadian mining firms Placer Dome, Teck Corporation and Suncor Energy. Garett is currently a director of Aurelius Minerals and Gungnir Resources. He holds a Master of Business Administration degree from Western University’s Ivey Business School and a Bachelor of Engineering (Mining) from Laurentian University in Sudbury.

Brian Skanderbeg

Mr. Skanderbeg was most recently President and CEO of Claude Resources Inc. since November 2014 – which was acquired by Silver Standard Resources Inc. for $337 million. He previously worked for Goldcorp, Inco Ltd. and Helio Resources, holding positions in both exploration and operations. Mr. Skanderbeg is also a director of Wesdome Mines. He holds a B.Sc. from the University of Manitoba and an M.Sc. from Rhodes University, South Africa. Steve Robertson

Steve Robertson is a Canadian geologist with over 30 years of mining industry related experience, having played a key role in building and advancing projects from exploration through to production in British Columbia including the nearby Silvertip and Red Chris mines. Mr. Robertson was awarded the 2016 E.A. Scholz Award for Excellence in Mine Development for his leadership role in the development of Imperial Metals’ Red Chris mine, now majority owned by Newcrest Mining, and roughly 200 km from the Cassiar Gold project on Highway 37.
Mr. Robertson’s responsibilities during his 24-year tenure at Imperial Metals, which developed and/or operated five mines, included oversight of exploration, government relations, permitting, community relations, aboriginal affairs and corporate communications. He is currently the President, CEO & Director of Infinitum Copper and was previously the founding CEO of Sun Metals where he guided the company through a public listing, a significant copper gold discovery and two corporate mergers. Mr. Robertson is actively engaged within the mining community, serving as a director for AME BC and previously sitting on the Geoscience BC Technical Advisory Committee.
