A Professional Geologist (P.Geo) with a Master of Science in Mineral Economics from Queen’s University in Kingston, Ontario, Mr. Durose is a highly-ranked financial analyst who has worked in the capital markets for more than 25 years. Founder and CEO of Durose Asset Management Inc., he previously held increasingly senior positions as a well-regarded mining analystwith Scotia Capital Inc., Morgan Stanley, Bunting Warburg, and Nesbitt Burns. He has travelled extensively to visit mining and exploration projects all over the world. Before joining the capital markets, Mr. Durose worked as an exploration geologist in the Canadian base metal and gold industries.
Annemarie Brissenden
Investor Relations at Lavras Gold Corp.

A Certified Professional in Investor Relations, Ms. Brissenden has 25 years of experience in investor relations, largely in the resource sector. She most recently oversaw investor relations at Amarillo Gold Corporation, and held successively senior positions at Excellon Resources, HudBay Minerals, North American Palladium, and Dalradian Resources. As a consultant, Annemarie has advised c-suites on investor communications, social media messaging, website content, investor presentations, and rebranding. She sits on the issues committee for the Canadian Investor Relations Institute (CIRI) and previously served as a judge for the CPA Canada corporate reporting awards program. Ms. Brissenden has a BA in English Literature from McGill University.
