(OTC MKTS: YIPI) (www.yippy.com) (\"Yippy\" or the \"Company\"), an enterprise unification company known for its Yippy EASE 360 platform, announced today that the Company's Board of Directors (the \"Board\") elected Arthur \"Art\" Huffman to serve as a director on the Board, fulfilling a previously vacant Board seat.  Mr. Huffman had served as the Board's chief outside consultant since 2015.\n\nMr. Huffman is the principal and owner of A.
