(OTCMKTS: YIPI) (\"Yippy\" or the \"Company\"), an enterprise unification company known for its leading search and insight driven Yippy EASE 360 platform, announced today that the Company has entered into an advisory agreement with Steven Terrell \"Terry\" Clontz to serve as the Chief Advisor to the Company's Board of Directors.  This role was formerly held by Art Huffman, the former Chief Information Officer of Halliburton, who recently became as a member of the Company's Board Directors.\n\nMr. Clontz is a 44-year veteran in the global telecommunications industry.  He currently serves as the Non-Executive Chairman of StarHub Ltd. (CC3), Singapore's second largest telecom company and previously served as StarHub's Chief Executive Officer from 1999 to 2009.  From December 1995 through December 1998, Mr. Clontz served as Chief Executive Officer, President and a Director of IPC Information Systems.  Prior to that, Mr. Clontz worked at BellSouth International, joining in 1987 and holding various senior executive positions, serving the last three years as President, Asia-Pacific.  He also served as a board member for Jasper Technologies until it was sold to Cisco Systems (CSCO) in February 2016, and is a current board member of Level 3 Communications (LVLT).  Mr. Clontz also maintains various other board affiliations with private telecoms and technology companies in Southeast Asia and the United States.\n\n\"It is truly remarkable that a company of Yippy's size has amassed such an impressive suite of telecom and software assets which I believe to be industry-leading with true worldwide application,\" stated Mr. Clontz.  He continued, \"I am further impressed with the quality of talent that Rich and the Yippy team has assembled to build a suite of technology solutions with th...
