[{"type":"text","content":"\n Wynnstay Group PLC\n02 November 2006\n\n Wynnstay Group plc (the Company)\n\n Scrip dividend results & Directors shareholdings\n\n\nThe Company announces that elections to accept the scrip dividend alternative,\nannounced with the Interim Results on 21 June 2006, were received from the\nholders of 3,559,168 ordinary shares of 25p each ('Ordinary Shares') in\naggregate, representing 31.2% of the existing issued ordinary share capital.\nAccordingly, 27,576 new Ordinary Shares were issued in satisfaction of such\nelections, bringing the enlarged issued ordinary share capital of the Company to\n11,467,300 Ordinary Shares.\n\nThe following directors received new Ordinary Shares under the scrip dividend\nalternative:\n\n\nName Number of Total new Percentage\n Ordinary Shares shareholding\nMr J.M.
