[{"type":"text","content":"\n Wynnstay Group PLC\n01 May 2007\n\n\n Wynnstay Group plc\n (the 'Company')\n\n\n Scrip dividend results & Director shareholdings\n\n\nThe Company announces the following information in relation to the ordinary\nshare capital of the Company:\n\n\nElections to accept the scrip dividend alternative were received from the\nholders of 4,395,647 ordinary shares of 25p each ('Ordinary Shares'), in\naggregate, representing 42.5% of the existing issued Ordinary Share capital of\nthe Company. Accordingly, 64,517 new Ordinary Shares were issued in satisfaction\nof such elections, increasing the enlarged issued Ordinary Share capital of the\nCompany to 11,731,257.\n\n\n\nIn the issue, the following directors received new Ordinary Shares in lieu of\ncash dividends:\n\n\nName No. of new Ordinary Shares New shareholding % of enlarged Ordinary\n Share capital\nMr J.M.
