[{"type":"text","content":"\n RNS Number : 1460L Wynnstay Group PLC 30 April 2010 \n \n\nWynnstay Group plc \n(the \"Company\")\n \n \nScrip dividend election and Directors' shareholdings \n \nThe Company announces the following information in relation to the ordinary share capital of the Company:\n \nElections to accept the scrip dividend alternative with regard to the final dividend for the year ended 31st October 2009 paid on 30th April 2010 were received from the holders of 3,771,954 ordinary shares of 25p each in the Company (\"Ordinary Shares\"), in aggregate, representing approximately 25.7% of the Ordinary Shares in issue on 26th March 2010, being the record date for the final dividend. Accordingly, 60,007 new Ordinary Shares were issued in satisfaction of such elections at an equivalent price of £2.693 each, increasing the enlarged issued Ordinary Share capital of the Company to 14,770,812 Ordinary Shares.
