[{"type":"text","content":"\n \n \n \n RNS Number : 8540T\n Wynnstay Group PLC\n 30 March 2021\n \n \n \n \n 30 March 2021\n \n \n Wynnstay Group plc\n \n \n (the \"Company\")\n \n \n \n \n \n PDMR Transactions\n \n \n \n \n \n The Company announces that on 29 March 2021, Mr Gareth Davies and Mr Paul Roberts, directors of the Company, exercised 8,000 options each over ordinary shares of 25 pence each in the Company (\"Ordinary Shares\") with an exercise price of 375 pence. These exercises together with the exercise of another 8,000 options at the same price on behalf of another executive were satisfied by the allotment of 24,000 new Ordinary Shares. \n Subsequently, all of these shares were sold to the Wynnstay ESOP \n (\"the ESOP\") at a market price of 505 pence per Ordinary Share.
