(\"0774327\"), a wholly-owned company, has acquired an additional 2,010,000\nunits of Westshore Terminals Income Fund (\"Westshore\"), representing\napproximately 2.9% of the outstanding units, through purchases on The Toronto\nStock Exchange. This brings the total holdings of 0774327 to 7,413,800 units\nof the Westshore, representing approximately 10.5% of the outstanding units.\n0774327 together with Jim Pattison Developments Ltd., another company owned by\nJim Pattison, own in the aggregate 9,113,800 units of the Westshore,\nrepresenting 12.95% of the outstanding units.\n\n\nThe shares of Westshore have been purchased and are presently being held\nfor investment purposes.
