The new CFO is Mr. Josh Estes, CPA. Prior to joining WellQuest Medical & Wellness Corporation as CFO, Mr. Josh Estes worked for Ernst & Young LLP from July 2003 to October 2005, for HoganTaylor LLP from October 2005 to July 2010. In addition to working for WellQuest, Josh is also currently a partner with Becky Estes & Company, P.A. Josh has nearly eight years experience providing audit and accounting services to publicly and privately held clients in numerous industries, including medical, manufacturing, retail, poultry and transportation. Josh received his Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the Sam Walton College of Business at the University of Arkansas in 2002, and his Master of Accountancy from the Sam Walton College of Business at the University of Arkansas in 2003. The resignation of former CFO, Mr. Greg Primm, and the recommendation of Mr. Josh Estes as successor Chief Financial Officer has been approved by the WellQuest Board of Directors.
