[{"type":"text","content":"\n\n24 March 2025\nWarpaint London plc\n(\"Warpaint\" or the \"Company\" or the \"Group\") \nAnnouncement pursuant to AIM rule 13\nWarpaint London plc (AIM: W7L), the specialist supplier of colour cosmetics and owner of the W7 and Technic brands, announces that its registrar is issuing a replacement share certificate relating to 4,250,000 ordinary shares of 25 pence each in the Company (\"Ordinary Shares\"), being the entire holding belonging to the wife of Eoin Macleod, Managing Director (the \"Replacement Certificate\").\nIn connection with the Replacement Certificate, the Company has provided its registrars with an indemnity (the \"Company \"Indemnity\"). To ensure that the Company has no potential liability, Eoin Macleod has provided the Company with a full indemnity in respect of the Replacement Certificate and providing the Company Indemnity (the \"EM Indemnity\").\nThe entry into of the Company Indemnity and the EM Indemnity constitute a related party transaction pursuant to Rule 13 of the AIM Rules for Companies.
