(TSXV:VG)\n(\"Volcanic\" or the \"Company\") is pleased to report\non progress on its Guatemala property package. Since completing the\nagreement with Radius Gold for an option on Radius's large land\nholdings in Eastern Guatemala, the Company has raised sufficient funds\nfor an aggressive exploration campaign in this highly prospective\ngold/silver district.\n \n \n \n \n Operations and Permitting\n \n \n \n \n Since Guatemala's international borders opened in\nSeptember, the Company has made significant progress establishing a\npresence in the country. Mr. Pedro Garcia has been appointed Country\nManager to oversee the permitting and social development in the\nregion. Drill planning and corresponding environmental reports for\ndrilling at Holly and Banderas projects have recently been completed\nand drill permit applications for Holly submitted to the responsible\nauthority. Banderas drill permit applications will be filed in the\ncoming days. The Company has conducted formal meetings with the\nmunicipalities covering the Holly and Banderas targets which have been\npositively received. Access agreements with private land owners are\nongoing, with a majority already signed at Holly and agreements at\nBanderas to follow. With a new geological, community relations,\nlogistics and administrative team, Volcanic is building capacity for a\nlarge multi-target drill program in early 2021.\n \n \n \n \n Holly Project: Drill Targets\n \n \n \n \n Volcanic has defined compelling drill targets at Holly\nRidge zone through analysis of all historic geological and geophysical\ndata and comparison with recent discoveries in the region.\n \n \n \n \n The Holly Ridge target is an east-west orientated\ntopographic high at the fault boundary between Tertiary volcanics to\nthe south and Paleozoic meta-sediments to the north. The Jocotan\nfault zone outcrops as an approximately 2km long by 50m wide zone of\nintensely clay/silica altered and stockwork veined breccia and\nconglomerate.
