(TSXV:VG)\n \n (OTC:\n \n VLMZF\n \n )\n \n is pleased to report\nanother exceptional intercept at depth on the Holly Property,\nGuatemala.  Hole HDD-21-027 intersected\n \n 4.57\nmeters\n \n (or approx. 4.1m true width) returning over\n \n 54 g/t gold and over 3.9 Kg/t silver\n \n .  This hole cut\nthe vein at the same depth in the system as hole HDD-21-23 that\nintercepted 4.58m of 79.84 g/t gold and 5,053 g/t silver 150m to the\nsouth (see release\n \n \n 19 October 2021\n \n \n ).  Drilling\nis ongoing again at Holly, focused on extending this high-grade system\nat depth and along strike to the south with a goal of establishing a\nmeaningful high-grade resource and improving confidence in the trend\nof the vein structure.  Several other veins in the area with similar\norientation will be tested during this present program.\n \n \n “Management is very pleased the La Pena vein system continues to\nproduce these exceptional grades,” states Simon Ridgway, CEO of the\nCompany. “As the sections below indicate, we are defining ounces\nquickly with high grade intercepts.”\n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n Click Image To View Full Size\n \n \n \n Hole HDD-21-028 failed to intersect the La Pena structure but\nmanagement believes it was not drilled to sufficient depth.  The hole\nwill be re-entered within the present program to test this theory.\n Results are still pending for hole HDD-21-026 as the shipment of\ncore and rock samples that contained this hole was caught up in delays\ndiscussed in previous news releases.  Management is optimistic future\nturn around on drill core will be within 45 days.  A preparation lab\nis being set up in the region for surface rock and soil samples.\n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n Click Image To View Full Size\n \n \n \n \n \n \n Technical Information\n \n \n \n \n Bruce Smith, M.Sc.
