The distribution will be payable on March 15, 2019 to unitholders of record as at January 31, 2019.\nUnitholders can participate in the REIT's Distribution Reinvestment Plan (\"DRIP\"). Eligible investors registered in the DRIP will have their monthly cash distributions used to purchase Trust Units, and will also receive bonus units equal to 3% of their monthly cash distributions. Complete details of the DRIP are available on the REIT's website at www.nwhp.ca or from a unitholder's investment advisor.\nSeparately, the REIT announced that it will issue its fourth quarter 2018 financial results for the three months and year ending December 31, 2018 on Thursday, March 7, 2019, after markets close. \nA conference call will be held on Friday, March 8, 2019 at 10:00 am (EST).
