Shareholders received 17 United Utilities Group Ordinary\nShares for every 22 United Utilities Shares and one B Share in United Utilities\nGroup for each United Utilities Share held at the Scheme Record Time.\n\nUnited Utilities Group announces that the United Utilities Group Ordinary\nShares have been admitted to the Official List of the UK Listing Authority and\nto trading on the main market for listed securities of the London Stock\nExchange plc.
