On appointment, Paulette will become a member of the Audit and Nomination Committees.\n \nUnited Utilities' Chairman, Dr John McAdam said: \"We are delighted to announce Paulette's appointment as a non-executive director. Her first-hand regulatory experience will provide the board with additional perspective and her experience of technology driven business transformation will contribute to United Utilities' customer experience programme and Systems Thinking approach.\"\n \nPaulette will also be appointed as a non-executive director of United Utilities Water Limited with effect from 1 July 2017.\n \nThere are no further details to disclose under paragraph 9.6.13 (2) to (6) of the Listing Rules in relation to Paulette Rowe.\n \nAlso, with effect from 1 July 2017, Alison Goligher will relinquish her role as a member of the Audit Committee.
