Since opening on May 26,\r\n 2000, the bank has grown steadily, serving the community with trust and\r\n reliability.\r\n\r\n \r\n\r\nAs part of this milestone, the\r\n Board of Directors has approved a $3.00 per share dividend for shareholders.\r\n Stockholders of record as of May 7, 2025, will receive this payment, with\r\n checks mailed on May 27, 2025. A total of $2,414,526.00 in dividends will be\r\n distributed, showing the bank’s continued financial strength and commitment to\r\n its investors.\r\n\r\n \r\n\r\n“We are proud to reward our\r\n shareholders once again. This success is thanks to our loyal customers,\r\n dedicated employees, and strong community support,” said Matthew McCaskill,\r\n President and CEO.\r\n\r\n \r\n\r\nUnited National Bank has paid\r\n dividends for 22 consecutive years, distributing over $20.5 million to\r\n shareholders.
